The mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) refers to service providers that use the mobile network operator (MNO) infrastructure to resell cellular network connectivity services. The model offers both MVNO and MNO advantages. MNO has additional unused network bandwidth, which they supply to MVNO at a low price, allowing full use of the unused network bandwidth while offer these services to end users without having any support infrastructure and without paying the license fee to the government.
